We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced and enthusiastic data scientist with a can-do attitude to join our talented team! Essential Functions : This role will be part of a team developing and deploying our client's IIOT platforms, analytic and machine learning applications, and augmented reality experiences. Our team uses the ThingWorx IIOT foundation for our services that will be deployed using standard apps and customized solutions, extended with additional FactoryTalk InnovationSuite technologies. Data Scientist: The Advanced Analytics Data Scientist role is part of the ASG Center of Excellence. The role will collaborate with subject matter experts to identify, prioritize and perform experiments that help clarify the best, or most pragmatic, way to implement advanced analytics solutions for our customers. The data scientist will produce presentation content that compares the ease and quality of various advanced analytics techniques and product kits to complete defined solutions. This individual will also identify and document new solution offerings and Rockwell Automation product features to drive additional business or delivery efficiencies. Work will require becoming familiar with multiple analytics products used to deliver solutions that contain descriptive analytics (measures), diagnostic analytics (process calculations), predictive analytics (soft sensors and anomaly detectors) and prescriptive analytics (model predictive controls and optimizers).
